Be amazed by some of the best views in Sedona! Fully remodeled in 2021, this modern style home is located in the exclusive Oak Creek Canyon. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home which can accommodate up to 10 guests, is located on a quiet street surrounded by red rock and nature. Located along the Oak Creek River, you’ll pass over this beautiful flowing river as you enter the unique neighborhood. Only 4 miles from downtown Sedona, 1 mile from Side Rock Park, and 20 miles from Flagstaff.
There are only 25 houses in this neighborhood all of them with a unique façade. The neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by mountains 360°. It only takes about 10 minutes to get into downtown Sedona, and only a couple minutes to get to Slide Rock Park. By taking the incredibly scenic 89A road to Flagstaff, you can be there in 30 minutes. We are stay quiet time be at here to from 10 PM to 8 AM.
