We're less than 10 min from Holiday Valley and HoliMont and about 5 min from town. You'll love having such convenient access to everything EVL offers while being able to spread out in our private 5-acre retreat. Our custom-built home features room for a crowd with 5 BR, 3.5 baths & 2 fireplaces! You'll have the entire house and outdoor areas to yourself. There is a studio apartment above the detached garage that is occupied so please be sure to keep the driveway passable. A friendly pup lives there with his owner so you may see him from time to time, but he'll always be leashed. If you choose to bring a dog with you, please be sure they are leashed as well and friendly with other dogs. Outdoor Space You'll have lots of room to enjoy the beautiful views with 2 dining areas, lounge furniture, a fire table and a 6 person hot tub perfect for taking in the sights. You can also enjoy a campfire around the firepit or play corn hole on the spacious yard. Interior The main floor features a fully stocked, spacious kitchen with a large island workspace and pro-style gas cooktop. We also have a coffe bar area set up with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The basement level has a game room/ living space with large TV, queen sleeper sofa, game table, air hockey table and mini bar. We also have a cabinet stocked with puzzles and games for all ages and a basket of yoga mats. Make sure to check out the sauna and the outdoor shower on this level as well.

Our family has a background in construction and renovations and we’ve taken that love of creating beautiful spaces and applied it to the rentals we host. We can be reached through the app or by phone if you need anything during your stay.

We're part of a neighborhood of 5 acre lots on a hill just a few minutes from the center of town. The Village of Ellicottville is a quick 5 min. drive from our house. We have a long driveway with plenty of parking for multiple cars. Please park in a single line so driveway access stays clear.
