The kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces, as well as the screened in porch. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and large island for extra seating.The kids bunk room is on this first level and includes two twin over twin bunks, sleeping four total guests. There is a full bath on this level as well. Head on up to the second level to the master bedroom which is complete with a king size bed, private en suite and private balcony. The master en suite includes two sinks and a glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy the balcony views of the live oak canopy which is unique to this area of Seagrove beach! The queen guest bedroom is on this second level as well and is equipped with a queen size bed and private en suite. The en suite bathroom has a single sink and tiled tub/shower combo.  The cozy screened in porch is a must on 30A and has ample seating for everyone. There is a dining table for four, a couch, two chairs and a porch bed swing.
