Enjoy partial views of the bay and the nearby wetlands (and even a peek of the ocean) from the private balcony - a relaxing spot to sit and watch waterfowl graze throughout the day. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and convenient getaway, including a cozy living room that opens to a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. Additional features include free WiFi, three flatscreen TVs, central AC, a stackable washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one assigned space and one unassigned space).

Neighbourhood information

In the morning, you can stroll to the beach to catch a beautiful sunrise before grabbing breakfast at Little House of Pancakes (both are two blocks away). During the day, you can spend time at Lucayan's outdoor pool or take a short drive to see some of the sights around town. Ocean City is known for having activities and attractions that everyone can enjoy, including water parks, golf courses, restaurants, and the popular Ocean City Boardwalk (a 15-minute drive or bus ride). If a slower pace is what you're looking for, park your car at Lucayan for the whole week and walk everywhere you want to go. This property is conveniently located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bars, such as Fager's Island, BJ's on the Water, Mione's Pizza, OCM Crabs, The Bonfire, Dough Roller, and Skye Bar. You'll also be just three blocks from indoor putt-putt and arcade games at Old Pro Golf - great if you're stuck with a rainy day. Things to know: Full kitchen Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.
