The apartment has a great view of the waterfront with an awesome private balcony, fireplace and modern chic decor. High ceilings, new furnishings and lots of amenities on the property like pool area, rooftop, 24/7 fitness center and more. 55" inch Samsung Tv loaded with apps and high speed internet (wi-fi). Work desk area, in unit washer and dryer, 2 spacious closets and lounge area are a bonus. Kitchen is ready to host dinners.
