Property information

Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful, stylish space. Views overlooking the river, outdoor deck. You're a 3-minute drive to downtown and all of its amenities. It's the best of both worlds. Please note that the only access to the bathroom is through the first bedroom. Wake up, take your morning coffee on your private side deck outdoors, and listen to the birds, read, or journal to start your day. Take a 2-minute walk (1/2 minute jog!) to Eden Park, where you can run, walk, bike, or rock climb. In the afternoon, take a 4-minute uber downtown to play. This is truly the best of both worlds.
