This waterfront property is part of the Long Island Village resort community in Port Isabel. There are so many great ways to relax, whether you choose to swim in the indoor/outdoor pools, kick back in the hot tub, catch a quick workout at the fitness center, or play tennis, basketball, golf, or mini-golf. There’s something for everyone here! Things to know: *You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an 90 dollars fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting.
