Fish right off your private dock, relax on your covered deck as the bay breezes cool the air, and enjoy such shared amenities as indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym. This home even features easy care laminate flooring, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer, allowing you to spend your time enjoying life - not handling tasks!

This home is mere steps away from many of the amenities that Long Island Village has to offer. You can relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, fit in a workout at the fitness center, or play basketball, tennis, golf, or mini-golf. You'll also be only a mile south of central Port Isabel and just across the causeway from beaches and nightlife on South Padre Island. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen One dog is welcome with a nightly fee The Welcome Center is not associated with Vacasa. If you have any questions, please call your Local Operation Manager. *You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an 90 dollars fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in.
