Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, stove, fridge, bathroom with shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed and living room. There is a large flat screen TV, Netflix via ROKU and free wireless internet. Perfect for up to 5 guests so if you're adventurous and can climb our "Jefferson" stairs. There is also an additional bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Queen sized memory foam bed which will then increase the capacity to 5 persons (Ideally 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults)* BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED We will include the following which you can prepare for your breakfast: Omelettes (farm fresh eggs, homemade cheese, mushrooms and peppers) along with English muffins, orange juice, tea, hot chocolate and coffee with all the condiments. Another option would be pancakes/waffles. We'd love to have you as our guests!

My wife LeAnn and I love to visit with new people. We've been mostly farmers for years and love the culinary arts. We raise our own beef, honey, and poultry as well as keep a wide variety of herbs, fruits, and vegetables growing in our greenhouse which is our passion. Nothing is better than an expertly prepared meal and we take great pleasure in seeing our guests delighted with their experience. With a minimum 8 hour advance notice, we offer the following dinner options for an additional fee: 1. Salmon fillet with garlic lemon butter herb sauce served with side dishes of a wild rice, broccoli with homemade melted cheese and a fresh roll. 2. Barbecue chicken with our special rub, baked potato, french sliced green beans with slivered almonds, organic grown green salad and fresh roll. 3. Outback Chicken for two- A Layton's specialty 4. Cauliflower crust pizza 5. Gourmet chicken salad 6. Gourmet hamburgers with oven roasted cheese fries 7. Almond flour dipped chicken Parmesan zoodles made with spiral cut zucchini with an organic grown side salad. 8. Balsamic glazed grilled chicken with fresh basil and angel hair pasta with an organic grown side salad.

The original part of our home was built shortly after the pioneers arrived in the Sanpete valley. It was a one room adobe home situated just 4 blocks west of the Manti temple. Since then there have been numerous additions to the home greatly expanding the living space and beauty of the property. We have always loved living here. It's quiet and serene. After having come from living in Salt Lake we love being able to see the stars so clearly at night and the planets.
