Take a 3-minute stroll to our beautiful, uncrowded beach, or spend the day lazing around the heated pool. Sip your morning coffee in quiet while relaxing on the 2nd floor covered deck with outdoor sectional sofa. Walk 1.5 blocks to Lagerheads bar and grill when you want a break from cooking. Ormond-by-the-Sea is convenient, yet quiet, with breathtaking views and gorgeous, uncrowded beaches - a true gem. The area is wonderful for walking, fishing, beach bonfires (in season), and relaxation. We are less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Ormond Beach. The house itself is cozy enough for a couple or spacious enough for a family. We try to live by the golden rule: "Treat others how you would like to be treated," so every mattress is encased with a zippered protector as are pillows. The pool, hot tub, and landscaping are taken care of on a weekly basis. We provide clean, white sheets and towels, as well as tiny toiletries for your convenience. We want your stay to be refreshing and relaxing! There is a beautiful set of spiral stairs for the internal stairs, and all stairs (both internal and external) have safety treads on them. The kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for your convenience. We try hard to make sure the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need, including a food processor, blender, and toaster. If we don't have it, please ask! Come to our beach house and be our guest. We would love to host you! There is a 5/day pet fee if you are bringing a dog. The pool can be heated for an additional 400/month. Please do note, however, that the pool heater is unable to stay on constantly so will need to be shut off when not in use. It can be arranged to have the heater turned on upon arrival. Even though it is not constantly on, the pool will still stay warm.
