Lavon Lake - Direct Access Lavon Lake is a freshwater reservoir located in southeast Collin County, Texas. Shoreline length: 121 miles. Fishing is popular with the prevalent fish species being the largemouth bass, white bass, blue catfish, and crappie. Boat rentals, kayak, commerical and recreational activities. Little Ridge Park - 1.4 Miles Entry to the park is free. There are 28 day-use covered picnic tables. There is a beautiful beach area to use for swimming. There is also a very nice 3-lane boat ramp. This park is great for a day getaway with the family. It is clean, quiet and a joy to visit. We cannot recommend this park enough. Just take a look at some of the photos to get a glimpse of how beautiful this park is. Amenities include: Restrooms Beach area Boat ramp (with dock) San Martino Winery & Vineyards: 8.9 Miles They are a small, family-owned winery specializing in handcrafted wines using modern techniques. Perseverance, hard work, vision, and passion are the elements that created San Martiño Winery & Vineyards in 2003 in North Texas, just outside of the city of Rockwall. Rockwall Downtown Rockwall is “the new find”!
