Located just a short drive from local landmarks, Lakeside on Lanier is 3 minutes from Blount Landing, 25 minutes to Doak Campbell Stadium, and 30 minutes to Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The home itself includes 2 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and additional amenities such as a stocked coffee bar, essential bathroom supplies, and a washer and dryer accessible from the deck's exterior door. Please be aware that we have a doorbell camera in the front yard, back yard, and front door for security purposes.
