Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours.

Spacious, bright and airy 2br / 1ba residence with ocean views while you dine! Enclosed sunroom is the perfect place to relax in the evening after a day on the beach. Perfect location between Neptune Beach Town Center and downtown Jax Beach with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. 15 min to Mayo. If looking for more bedrooms, a studio apartment is also within the building!

Neighborhood info

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
