2 Bedroom,2.5 Bath, Upstairs Ocean views, 600 sq. ft. of deck space. Parking on-site. One block to downtown restaurants and shops and one block to beach. Central air conditioning and heating. Total 1,400 sq. ft. of living space; new kitchen, laundry onsite. queen sofa beds: one in upstairs sitting room (3rd bed room) and one in the living room. This rental is legally permitted by the City of Laguna Beach.
Seasoned business professional with desire to serve your vacation needs Once you make your reservation, you will get a code for the key box which gives you access to the house. You will have little or no contact from the owner of the property, but we are available to assist if you need us.
The house is one block to the beach and one block to town. There is the "most amazing" convenient store .5 blocks from the parking side of the property. This store has Seattle Best coffee, snacks for the beach, beach needs, wine rack, and gas for your car!! During the summer the city provides a Free shuttle to all the attractions in town. During the rest of the year the trolley runs on the weekends. The bus stops directly in front of this house. From the parking side of the property, Ramona Ave., walk to PCH and directly in front of the convenient store is a bus stop. The bus comes every 15 minutes from June 30 - August 31st.
