Our Villa Azul is located in Little Havana, 5 mins from Brickell and Downtown. On November 11th, our team is having the yearly Holiday Dinner and we would need to process all check-in and Security Deposit before 4pm. We have some very basic house rules: ⚠️ -Checking in Before or checking out Late without permission from the host will cause an added fee. 🚪-NEVER open the door for anyone. All travelers have an access code. If they don't have their code, they need to contact me. If you open the door for someone, you will be 100% responsible for them. 🛌 -Max Capacity is 2. Visitors Not Allowed. 📢 -Quiet Hours 10:00pm-9:00am 🐝 -Keep doors/windows closed, save energy & avoid bugs. 🗑- At the end of your stay, take all FOOD/DRINKS garbage to the kitchen. 🧺 - Take good care of your bedding and towels 🚬 -No smoking inside. 🔐 -Keep all belongings in your room. 🛁 -Use assigned bathroom only. 🍳 -Cooking is allowed. Please no dirty dishes. 🐶 -Pets are allowed and the fee depends on weight and type. 🎥 -Please be advised that there are security cameras in the property’s common areas. There are no cameras in any private areas, such as bedrooms or bathrooms. Please do not attempt to unplug, cover, or otherwise move any of the security cameras on the property. If for any reason you have a concern regarding one of the cameras, please contact me through the Airbnb app. We reserve the right to remove any party or guest from our property if they violate any of these rules.
