Located steps away fron Windansea Beach, The Nautlius, The Promiscuous Fork, Busy Bee's, La Jolla Tap and Grill and The Shack. You will enjoy this newly remodeled townhouse with beautiful new kitchen, all brand new appliances, dishes and furniture. Also, you will love this location because of its ambiance, bright light, proximity to the beach, and charming neighborhood. This place is great for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families.
We hope that you fall in love with this property as much as we did when we were looking for a place to buy in the Southern California area for when we come to visit our child who is attending college in the area! We fell in love with the area as a family, and decided to invest in this place because of the proximity to the beach, laid back atmosphere, and fully remodeled interior. We are definitely a family that loves the sun and the beach and could not have been happier with the place we chose! We also hope that you enjoy our property as much as we do! We will be available at any and all times of the stay via email or cell phone. We will provide you our contact information once you book the stay with us. We hope you enjoy your vacation!
• Dining Some of our favorite nearby eateries include Busy Bees bagels, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, LJ Crafted Wines, Wheat & Water wood-fired pizza, & Duke's La Jolla family eatery. Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop. •Activities Within 1 block to famous Windanseabeach, which is both surf and swim friendly. Also nearby visit La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, & kayaking. . Attractions Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops &entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~ 10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack.
