Hello, my name is Steve and I am originally from Sacramento, California. I relocated to Vancouver, Washington shortly after the birth of my son, in 1988. I am a US Air Force Veteran, a father of 2 adult children and, as of September 2020, a grandfather! I love to travel and experience new adventures. I started my short term rental business in 2019 as a vehicle to retirement from my day job. I accomplished that goal in December 2021 and now work in my STR business full time. Kozy Accommodations LLC is a family run small business. My son, Adam, joined me as a full partner in 2021. We work with property owners to offer short or mid-term furnished rentals. We list properties for booking online in Vancouver, Washington, as well as San Antonio, Texas. We strive to earn a 5-star rating from every guest. Our goal is to provide guests the amenities of a hotel combined with the comforts of home. Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Communication through the Airbnb app is encouraged. Host can be available for urgent matters.
