Make a lifetime of memories in this charming Manor House that is newly renovated and luxuriously furnished! Steps to lake with a cute local beach and nearby golf course, its the perfect spot for graduations , business trips, girl trips, reunions, and local weddings. Close to Naval Base. Guests book the entire home which includes a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 dining areas, family room, living room and porch . Relax , play a board game, chill on our porch hammock or gather around the fire pit!

This is a spacious single family home (not an apartment ) . Plenty of room for 10 guests . It has a large yard, a front deck with seating and a covered porch with a hammock. Oversized detached garage plus driveway accommodates up-to 6 cars. The neighborhood is right next to a lake with a boat launch and sandy beach area so guests are welcome to walk around and use both. Home to 3 beaches and lakes. Area restaurants will satisfy your taste buds thoroughly! Get a good nights sleep on our inner spring plush mattresses and enjoy the cozy family room with a large smart TV and cable. Close to Gurnee Mills shopping , entertainment and Six Flags theme park. 8 miles to Naval base , 5 miles to Independence Grove, 0.2 miles to College of Lake County , 13 miles to Long Grove , 15 miles to Killdeer, 17 miles to Ravinia Festival, 17 miles to Chicago Botanical Gardens, 32 miles to Northwestern University in Evanston and 45 miles to downtown Chicago. Conveniently located in the north suburbs of Chicago with easy access to Milwaukee . This multi level home allows for maximum privacy yet great for family gatherings and entertaining!
