Located across from the pedestrian ocean access, Ireland Parish opens with good parking, a fish station, a park grill, a private concrete pool, furnished pool surround, a private hot tub, and a tiki bar with a half-fridge. The first level opens with a furnished game room with a full-size pool table, a TV, a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, a microwave, and deck access to the pool. A separate home theater room with a 106-inch movie screen and seating is also located on this level. The first-level bathroom has a full bath and shower. Level two has a washer/dryer nook. The first bedroom is an oceanside suite. The second bedroom has a TV, deck access, and a full bath with a step-in shower. The third bedroom has a main bath with a shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The west-facing fourth bedroom has two twins, one with a trundle, and deck access. The West deck has a rope swing, a hammock, comfortable furniture, and super sunsets. The third level great room has tall cathedral ceilings, and a half bath. The living area has stylish resort-style furniture, a TV, a stereo, and a gas fireplace.
