HSH is a nicely decorated, clean home that most guest review as cozy. It’s in a older neighborhood with some fixer uppers in the area. Actually it’s next door to a fixer upper that the owner is remodeling. So if you are not concern about fixer uppers and just want a nice clean place that is close to fort Jackson, USC and other Colleges in the Columbia area, Close to hospitals and zoo, five point to name a few. HSH is the place for you. I’m available to assist if needs are concerns arrive.
I have been a landlord for 18 yrs and decided to transform 2 of my rentals into short term rentals. I love serving the community. Sometimes it can be stressful, disappointing when guest major on the minors instead of noticing the love and care that is put into the home, are just disrespect the place. But I love doing what I do, yes it’s my livelihood but it means much more to me. Always making changes and improvements. Sometimes leaves a book for suggestions for guest to give feedback. HSH has a nice touch of beauty.
The neighborhood is a older one, with some homes not kept as good as others but previous guests has said it’s quite and had no issues. I have never lived in the home but spends lots of time there and love being their between guests.
