I do not live on the premises, but I'm there every day and seldom more than a few minutes away.

Property information

Cool, spacious, and modern ambiance in an historic mine building renovation. Each of our apartment conversions in this 100+ year old structure has its own distinct personality. 104 is bright, cheerful, modern and comfortable. Located on the ground floor, North East corner of the building, this apartment is sunny and bright in the morning and shaded in the afternoons. The big kitchen window looks out to the North and East with the red rocks of Sedona and Sycamore canyon in the distance.

Neighbourhood information

Clarkdale is a quiet historic mining town with an old Main Street, a couple of restaurants and a bar. Across the street from The Lodge is a little town park with a gazebo in the middle.
