Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. The 1st package 5lbs and under is free.

Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in house or checking in, 3-5 days prior of receipt for a surcharge. Any deliveries received after a guests stay, or the guest cannot be identified will be returned to sender after 90 days. The property cannot be responsible for lost or damages goods. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Children stay for free, but total guests cannot exceed max occupancy of room type.

The resort fee includes:

- Fitness room access

- Rooftop pool

- Hot tub

- Children's splash pad

- In-room coffee/tea maker

- In-room local and toll-free calls

- Business centre

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Please note there is no oversized parking available.

Self-parking is not available on-site.

Limited paid valet parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are recommended.

Paid self-parking options are available nearby but note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated by valet or in the nearby self-parking options.

Valet parking is $25 per night, not including tax. Event rate may apply.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
