THINGS TO KNOW This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. In response to El Dorado County's ordinance on short-term rentals, we are operating under VHR 21-0230. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 10 people and 6 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict no party policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
