Hallie House is a beautiful home with which you will fall in love instantly. This historic home, one of the first built in Manzanita in 1946, has been updated for modern comfort. It is located across the street from the beach with an incredible ocean view. It has been updated to maintain many of the charming original features, such as some original light fixtures and a laundry shoot. This inviting home features new furnishings, updated electronics, and a recently expanded upper-level deck with new outdoor furniture for panoramic views of the ocean and Neah-Kah-Ni Mountain. Walk in and immediately see the ocean through large picture windows and a sliding glass door to the lower patio and large fence yard. The updated full kitchen has granite countertops a dedicated dining area, and is fully equipped with new pots, pans, and bakeware for all your cooking and baking needs. The living room has natural light and is complete with a smart TV and Bluetooth stereo system. Curl up in front of the fireplace and look out at the ocean or read a book while you relax. The bedrooms have TVs for your enjoyment.
