Discounted off-season short/long-term rental! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Just 5 miles to Rehoboth beach and 9 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park. Community features a seasonal pool and pool house and a gated entrance for security. With 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile shower walls and natural gas, this condo is comfortable and well-equipped. Also includes a large private balcony and a common elevator. LINENS ARE INCLUDED.
