Grandview #9 is a two bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town, but is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided during winter months) and satellite TV for your entertainment. The property does have WiFi. Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and two oversized twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway, a shower downstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a total of 1036 square feet in the property. Other features include a front porch with seating and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking. Wood is not provided in the summer months for fire pit/fireplace. Although, it can be purchased at the office. This property will allow pets under 100 lbs. with a USD 125 non-refundable pet fee due at the time of check in. Pets must be kept on the bottom floor and we ask that a crate is used when left alone. There is a gate in the property that should be used at the bottom of the staircase to keep all pets on the main floor.
