    “Great location, walkable to Michigan Ave. in west Grand Rapids. Nice front porch, new kitchen and clean bathroom. I needed a small place in a convenient location for a 3 day visit and this was perfect, would stay again.”

Hi, my name is Stephanie. :) I am originally from Grand Rapids, so it has been an exciting experience for me to be able to host in my hometown! I am a Michigan State University graduate, and I recently moved back to Grand Rapids after living/working in Chicago for 15 years. I absolutely love being a vacation rental host! :) I have 6 properties that I have advertised on numerous sites. I have been a host for almost 4 years now. Providing exceptional hospitality and customer service is something that I pride myself on. I do my very best to go above and beyond to ensure that my guests are comfortable and feel right at home. Clean and private 1-bedroom in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. This quiet unit is a great retreat from work or play. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking.

This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.
