Gateway Grand 310 is a luxury, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that's located directly on the oceanfront in midtown Ocean City (48th Street). Inside, you'll find an upscale abode with all the features of home and then some. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped and opens up to a comfortable living room and dining area, so the whole family can relax together throughout your stay. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and adjoining bathrooms for maximum comfort and privacy. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, a premium cable package, a full-size washer/dryer, and a jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. The Gateway Grand is an Ocean City landmark, offering a prime location on the ocean block at 48th Street. You'll have access to a host of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, and a kids' game room with board and video games. Head down to the sand to find 250 feet of sparkling beachfront for a day of sun and surf, or stroll to a number of popular shops, activities, and restaurants in the surrounding blocks. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins just one mile south as well. Things to know: Full kitchen The Gateway Grand has an HOA-mandated seven-night minimum Please note that a 126 dollars non-refundable building registration fee for parking passes and key fobs for pool and building access is due upon arrival. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
