No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The living room loveseat is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, fitness center, rooftop patio and lounge, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking on Cramer St a block east. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or 20 USD for 4+ nights.
