While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules:

*If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. If your request is made in the evening, we will respond first thing in the morning.

*Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise *to a minimum* after 10pm

*No food or drinks in the bedrooms

*No parties

*No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $150 fee to cover the cost of smoke remediation.

*Locals must contact host prior to booking

*If the house is left in a condition that requires additional cleaning (dirty pots/pans/dishes in the sink, stained floor/rugs/carpet, dirtied walls requiring treatment, etc) a $150 extra cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest

*Pets (except documented service animals) brought onto the property will incur a $100 fee (we are a no pet property) and your reservation will be canceled without refund.

*Tampering with internet, security cameras, Ring doorbell, or Minut device is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.

*Guests agree to use caution when utilizing the bunk beds.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Family stay! Near Downtown, Coffee bar, King bed of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.

A damage deposit of $500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
