Welcome to The Crest. Entirely renovated, fully stocked, well appointed, midcentury modern home located on a private drive with soaring expansive views of the valley. The open floor plan lends itself to group meals, family game nights, and long conversations around the huge kitchen island. Cozy up in the living room to watch a flix, or face the large windows for expansive views of the Ashland hillsides. Outdoors, discover ample patio seating, BBQ and unmatched views of PNW sunrises. Crest House sits conveniently just one minute from the I-5 freeway entrance (although you won’t be able to hear or see the freeway), and adjacent to Ashland’s premier hotel and conference center. There are four great restaurants right out our back door (okay, maybe it’ll take a few minutes to walk there), and yet the home rests on top of a secluded knoll with stunning and unobstructed views of the Ashland valley. It’s really the best of both worlds — you’ll feel like you are in the country, but only steps away from the action. We’re also just a few minutes from Emigrant Lake, and several local wineries! It is an approximately 7-minute drive from the house to Downtown Ashland’s Plaza and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatre.
