The layout has nice separation for privacy and includes two main bedrooms with ensuite baths and a spacious detached casita with a full bath. The outdoor living space features a private spa with LED lights and a water feature, a stacked stone gas fireplace, a low-maintenance desert landscape, and three patios. The great room, with a stacked stone gas fireplace, is an entertainer's dream. Plus, the chef's kitchen provides high-end stainless appliances, granite counters, a walk-in pantry, and a large island with bar seating. When the sun dips behind the mountains, the hot tub will be just the place to soak up the breathtaking colors and reminisce with loved ones. <b>

</b> Located mere minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport in the quiet Escena community, this home offers a convenient and ideal location for the best vacation. After playing a round of golf mere steps from your front door, head over to the games Palm Canyon Drive and check out the plethora of shops, restaurants, and art exhibits that make this town truly special. Wake up early and put on your hiking shoes for a truly remarkable view of the valley from one of the many hiking trails that surround the city. If architecture is up your alley, taking a tour of the celebrity homes in the area will be a blast for the whole family. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10am to 10pm. The utility deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays. This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.
