Pull into a nice long driveway, there are storage bins to put your belongings when you walk in. Open kitchen to living room layout. 65 inch TV with Netflix & Disney + Spacious deck to relax with friends and family. Two full bathrooms with soft clean towels. Enough bedding to sleep 10 people. This AirBNB is registered with the City of San Marcos with permit registration number STR-22-14 The space The bedrooms are focused on providing the best possible sleep at night with memory foam mattresses, extra pillows and tall stand up fans. In the kitchen there are mixing bowl's, blenders, silverware, spices, pots and pans. Guest access You will be able to do a self check-in using the front door keypad The only areas not available are the shed in the backyard and the closest in the master bedroom. The kitchen drawers and cabinets have been labeled to help know where everything is. There house manual will include instructions for various house items.
Life long Texan, I love a good walk in the park or float down the river with my dog. Always looking for a new exciting place to travel.
There is a train that runs directly behind the house. It is a no-horn zone and shouldn't disturb you in your sleep. During the peak summer days, it is difficult for the house to get below 76 degrees. Tall standing fans have been provided for each room. Feel free to bring fire wood to have a camp fire in the backyard. I have tubes you can borrow for your adventure down the river. I just ask that you let me know if they pop so I can replace them. Please see guidebook for places to drop in the river.
