📋 HOUSE RULES • PETS: We are a pet-friendly property. There is a maximum of two pets only & a non-refundable pet fee of 100USD per pet. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of 300USD which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.  • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of 50USD starting at 10AM. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of 50USD for every 30 minutes. • SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of 300USD.  • NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund. • DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery. • UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property. • LOST & FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum 25USD shipping cost plus a 50USD service fee. • ADDITIONAL NOTE • You will be receiving a separate email to complete the pre-check-in form prior to arrival where you will be required to upload documents (photo of your ID and CC) for verification.

The Outer East and Northern part of South Bend is famous for being the location of the University of Notre Dame. Neighboring colleges include St. Mary’s, Holy Cross and Bethel College. The area can be found 4 miles north of downtown South Bend and 6 miles south of the Michigan/Indiana border. The area remains a largely residential one, where college residents can easily find off-campus housing. The St. Joseph River cuts through the area, providing beautiful nature views and trails, and the city capitalizes on this by maintaining parks and providing outdoor activities for the community.
