Elden House provides the very BEST of all Flagstaff has to offer! 2450 SF, with many living and dining spaces inside and out and a Bocce Court! Just a two-minute walk to endless trails for hiking, biking, running, rock climbing, snow shoeing, etc., convenient access to the Interstate, close to Downtown, NAU, Snowbowl, The Grand Canyon and all area attractions. Very well appointed and great for multiple / extended families with separate bedroom, living space, bathroom, and entrance downstairs.
Your experience, enjoyment, and safety is extremely important to us! We purchased and finished this home to provide all the same thoughtful touches and amenities that we like to have when we're here. We truly love this house and location and hope you do too! The thorough information guidebook contains everything you need to know to navigate and operate the house, guides to local trails, attractions, breweries, golf, mountain biking, etc., and we are always here for any needs or questions you may have.
Perfect Winter and Holiday Activity Hub for Groups and Families. 3.5 miles to the North Pole Experience, 3 miles to sledding, snowshoeing and more at Foxglenn Park, 15 miles to snowbowl, and endless trails from the house! The Goldilocks of Flagstaff locations: no need to drive through NAU and downtown traffic to access, yet nearly everything in town is less than 5 miles away! Bypass downtown to get to Snowbowl or the Grand Canyon, or bike, hike, or snowshoe straight from the house! City Bus within walking distance, bike friendly routes in all directions, and easy access to the urban bike path. Neighborhood is quiet and quaint, and quite literally a 2 minute and 20 second walk from the front door to endless trails up and around Mt. Elden and all of the best Flagstaff trails. A short walk to the excellent Bushmaster Park and easy access to local shopping and restaurants.
