Good bigger clean rooms. Good for a motel. The owners who manage the motel stay there itself and are helpful and nice.

Ithaca has so much to see and enjoy. Interesting stores to shop at The Commons, lots of outdoor possibilities with water falls, hiking trails. The Cornell campus is amazing to see. Highly recommend other places to enjoy too, including the Ithaca Bakery and Purity Ice Cream places which are close to each other on Meadow St. Also Mimi's Attic just south of downtown on Hwy 13/34/96 - amazing shopping there. The Farmers Market, also off of Meadow St, is a must-visit on weekends. A number of scenic opportunities in or close to Ithaca including Buttermilk Falls SP, Treman SP, Ithaca Falls, 6 Mile Creek, Taughannock Falls SP and more. Ithaca is definitely one of our very most favorite places.

I love exploring what Ithaca and the surrounding area has to offer every time I go to visit family who is going to school in Ithaca. I love outdoor activities and find there is plenty to keep me occupied with hikes, waterfalls, and the lake.

Ithaca was fantastic.
Ithaca was fantastic. I enjoyed shopping but when I got to Country Inn and Suites the pool was defunct and the sofa bed was filthy and unchanged from the previous guest. They would offer no discount for the defunct pool.

Ithica is all about Cornell University.
Ithica is all about Cornell University. Downtown Ithica has a pedestrian area known as The Commons with many shops and restaurants. Ithica is a hilly town with very steep streets. As a result there are two significant and scenic gorges that have hiking trails and waterfalls. The downtown area is flat. Parking on streets and in garages is free on weekends otherwise it is all paid parking. Parking on the Cornell campus is by permit only except in parking garages. The Cornell campus is very scenic. We dined at Collegetown Bagels, Trillium cafeteria on campus, Ithica Brewery, Maru Raman, and Yellow Deli. We enjoyed them all.

It is not the first time I have used this accommodation,...
It is not the first time I have used this accommodation, although it is an old place, it was always clean, but this time as soon as I entered the room the smell of a dirty bathroom was unbearable. I tried opening windows and turning on the air, but nothing changed, I realized that the toilet was dirty with ease, I had to go ask to change my room and the second room did not smell like the first, but It did need more cleanliness in the bathroom and when I got up I found a cockroach walking around the bathroom. I feel sad can not return to this accommodation because it was very convenient for me, close to my son's school and close to almost everything
The room was fantastic. We had a king one-bedroom suite. There was a galley kitchen (full-size fridge, stove top, dishwasher, sink, dishes, silverware) plus small dining table; we also had a sofa bed, which was perfect for our college-bound son the night(s) he stayed with us. Plenty of room for all of us, especially since we brought our meals back to the room, rather than eating indoors with strangers. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare - totally adequate, with sufficient choices.
The space was so beautiful and like a cozy BNB but with the cleanliness and space of a hotel. The staff were not overly friendly but still very friendly and gave great service. They were very communicative and I felt that they knew we were coming and were prepared for our arrival. Within walking distance of the downtown commons and restaurants and they have a great cocktails and seating to lounge. Overall a great experience!
This hotel is not as conveniently located to Ithaca College as others but it was the most reasonably priced as Ithaca is very expensive. When we drove up we were a little concerned but the rooms have been completely redone. Ours was fresh and clean, and spacious enough for us and our two teenage boys. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were in town for our daughters graduation at Ithaca College. Check-in was very quick and smooth. We have stayed at Hotel Ithaca before, and have always had a great experience. We stayed in the North Tower on this stay and it was great; no complaints. The hotel and rooms are very clean, plenty of towels, etc. and the location downtown is perfect!
Rooms were ok, but didnt expect a lot for the pricing. For some reason Ithaca is always expensive when it comes to hotels. Think I can get much better hotels in Horsehead for better price than this. I preferred this due to the location over the frequent ~1 hr drives elsewhere.
Place is so close to wegmans and you can walk to it if you like.
Loved the location! Essentially on the Cornell grounds, so a short walk to everything on the campus. The room was very modern and comfortable. Rob, the owner and a Cornell Hotelee, has thought of everything. The Cornell theme of the decor is fantastic. I will be staying here on future trips to Ithaca!
Location is very convenient at the Ithaca Commons, and 10 or 100m from two different bus stops serving the Cornell campus. Given limited quality dining options at CollegeTown, the Commons is a good alternative as its within walking distance to a number of dining places.
Friendly and helpful staff, loved our room - great size and super comfortable. Great location, walking distance to Ithaca town. Lovely breakfast area with teas/coffees/water. Great bar area with a nice vibe in evenings and a good cocktail menu. Would stay again!
Free parking was very helpful. Quiet area. Single bed was comfortable. In a college town where hotels are very expensive, this hotel seems like a good deal (even though not cheap) for anyone who needs to go to campus daily.
Located close to Ithaca campus. Staff was friendly. Free Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel —very good. Shower had good water pressure. Beds were comfortable- fine for a short overnight stay.
I drive a Tesla and it was near the Tesla charging station. It was overall a very poor hotel and I will never stay there again and have asked for a refund.
Great location. Nice activities available by foot. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close from the falls and at 10 min. drive from the city center.
