Built in 1886, this second-floor apartment is functional, cozy, and in one of the best locations in Portland! This space accommodates four guests between two bedrooms and one bathroom. You have the option of using the sofa bed and extra linens. Both bedrooms have queen beds, darkening shades, crisp linens, and high-end memory foam mattresses. The living room has a small couch and a 46” TV, while the dining room has a lovely large window, indoor greenery, and a three-seat table. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, and other cooking basics in the kitchen. Situated in the Munjoy Hill neighborhood, this unit is within walking distance of Portland’s incredible downtown area. This place is perfect to arrive to Portland, dump your luggage off, go out and enjoy the city, come back to a cozy clean bed. Not intended to sit around and pretend you are at home. Street parking only and it is free but you may have to search on busy weekends or late evenings. Old buildings come with old character so be mindful of the physical nuances you may not be used to in your modern home. These are what make the stay exciting such as slightly slopped wide pine floors that may creek. There are stairs to get tot he second floor. Marriot reward members will not be satisfied.

Great food scene and brewery scene. Everything is walkable from the location. If you are into running or just relaxing outside the eastern prom is very close. The old port is an easy 10 minute walk away. Cumberland Ave is a busy neighborhood road and fire trucks do tend to use it often. You will hear street noise with windows open. Everything is walkable from the unit. There are Ubers and cabs available. The bus stops across from the big apple gas station. The area is generally safe. STHR- 005086 Portland, ME 2023
