Newly Renovated Luxury Waterfront Home Available! Boat available for rent (separately) during your stay! Located just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Village, this home is ready for you to enjoy an unforgettable getaway. Very easy to access Orlando, Walt Disney World, Universal, MCO (all just about an hour away). Engulf in luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. Paddle board (two included) along the Intracoastal Indian River, make memories by the outdoor fire pit, play a game of pool and sip on a drink at the upstairs bar, experience Florida marine life, fishing and watch stunning sunsets from the dock! There are up to (6) covered garage spots available, large enough to fit trailers and more. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Merritt Island is a peaceful tropical oasis, combining the quiet relaxing elements of Florida with the ability to access world class attractions, beaches, entertainment and more! All of the local towns nearby are vibrant, like Cocoa Village, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne - where you can stumble into and pub until 2:00 in the morning and find live music and fun! You can't beat the marine life, water and sunset views, and sense of privacy. You'll find Merritt Island to be very welcoming with friendly neighbors and citizens, making you feel right at home. Not to mention, the prices at restaurants and bars have not caught up to Orlando prices, so take advantage and save some money being only an hour away from all of the excitement around Walt Disney World and Universal! You're so close to the major highway 528 that will take you back and forth to Orlando and the airport very quickly.
