This top-floor, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury condominium features many high-end finishes, overlooks the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and is only two blocks from downtown Aspen. The condominium features central air conditioning, an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an en suite primary bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub, upgraded bathrooms throughout, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living area, and a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. This rental also has an in-unit washer/dryer. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: King bed Guest Bedroom #1: Two Queen beds Guest Bedroom #2: Two bunk beds (Twin over Full) Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and on-site free parking.
