Snowbirds Welcome 21 & Older Families Welcome No Pets No Smoking WiFi Great 2nd floor location on famous Thomas Dr. on one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. Panama City Beach is known for it's pure white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony with great views from every room. Owner has purchased a couple chairs and an umbrella along with a tent (please note these must be brought back in everyday if they are left outside the beach patrol will throw away) Many extras including a Keurig coffee maker along with a new regular 8 cup coffee maker. (We like Coffee) Toaster oven, Microwave,and all of the standard appliances to make your stay enjoyable. Master Bedroom has a King bed with a Gulf view! Master bath has a separate makeup vanity from the shower area. Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and private entrance to hall bath. All bedrooms have TV's well as the living room. Living room has an extra large tV sleeper sofa 1 recliner and 2 sitting chairs. Dining area has a table that seats 6 and breakfast bar that seats 2 more.
