Located only a few mins walking distance from the heart of downtown in the historic Avenues district, our guest house was thoughtfully furnished with the modern bnb traveller in mind. Fast & reliable fiber WiFi, workspace, gas fire pit, bbq, stocked kitchen, & foosball table. Being downtown, you're still only 40 mins from world class skiing, 40 mins from Park City, an easy 10 mins from the airport, as well as surrounded by the best eateries in the state, museums, the temple & the capitol.
We give our guests privacy and are available if needed.
Being located in the historic Avenues district the property is minutes from museums, the Temple, the beautiful state capitol, shopping at the City Creek Mall, and the best restaurants and bars in the state. Ideal location to explore downtown Salt Lake City and still have easy access to the mountains. Walking distance from the anything in the city, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful. Also, the TRAX light rail system and the city bus system offer convenient connections, and more info can be found on the UTA website.
