Built in 1895, this 3-story, 4-bedroom home is a meticulously rehabilitated example of the lavish and opulent architecture of the late nineteenth century. Conveniently located just 2 miles from NULU & Whiskey Row, and less than 3 miles to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Exposition Center, you’ll find Louisville’s best coffee, fine dining, and nightlife all just a few minutes away.
My wife and I live to travel, so hosting professionally is a perfect fit for us. We can’t wait to host you for your stay in Louisville!
Old Louisville is home to one of the largest collections of Victorian architecture in the country. The location is incredibly convenient just 2 blocks from I-65 (both directions) and a quick Uber/Lyft to Louisville’s best culinary and bourbon experiences. Ample parking, easy access to anywhere in the city. Bike friendly.
