Everything was good until we got to the room to take a shower and the water pressure was very little. It took 10 min to to rinse her hair. Very disappointing.

The location. It is located downtown within walking distance to the convention center, the performing arts center, the16th Street mall, and Laramer Square shopping. There are good restaurants within walking distance as well. It's a bit of a walk to Union Station and Lobo, but it's doable. The breakfast was also better than most hotels.

We travelled to Wyoming and South Dakota before coming to Denver and could probably have spent a couple of extra days on that part of the trip. However Denver itself was a lovely, clean and friendly city and is a very good base for places like Rocky Mountain National Park. Because of the time of year some roads and attractions not yet open so we didn’t get to see as much as we would have liked but we would definitely consider coming back.

Pleasantly surprised there was usable, useful public transport. I loved all the artsy stuff and the Botanical Gardens. A clean, walkable city. Great weather, I really enjoyed my stay in Denver. Good for people who like Craft beers too.

RTD trains and buses are amazing and very affordable on a day ticket, for someone without own transport. Really great to be able to get to town from the airport for only $10. The 16th Street free mall ride also helps a lot.
I found Uber very expensive, which is a pity. It was quite a mission to get to the Denver Premium Outlets without own transport.
Had the opportunity to attend a game at Coors field - nice experience.
I booked some day trips with a local operator that got cancelled over the weekend - pity.

The Denver airport is the size of a city.
The Denver airport is the size of a city. It’s very difficult to get from one place to another. Not traveler friendly
There are not enough signs to direct you to check in , security offers two places to choose from . But is not on your boarding ticket
South west flight arrived too late for my connection.
They booked me the next morning. They refused to let me check a 50lb bag refused 3 times to help me find a hotel? I was left on my own. 3 agents said they did not
Know of hotels. BUT later discovered there’s a Westin at the airport I stayed there.i am 75. And Southwest left me to sleep in a chair at their counter with my bag
There were No electric in sight to charge my phone.

I had heard about Denver for so long, and was so excited to go. We did take one day-trip out for hiking ( trail, which I highly recommend) but Denver overall was a big disappointment. The smell of marijuana everywhere. So much traffic - travel time between locations was unpredictable. Downtown was scary!
Room was a good size and very clean. Good view of the city. Good sized car park. Thought it was closer to the airport than it actually was but that was our fault not the hotel's. We only stayed one night before the start of our road trip. At the end of our road trip and back in Denver, we were stuck for getting to the airport and we had no mobile data, so the hotel receptionist allowed me to use their wi-fi to book a taxi even though we were no longer staying there, which I thought was great customer service.
I loved that this hotel was enough removed from Downtown Denver, yet easy on I25. The area is kind of industrial but it in no way felt uncomfortable and the grounds were well maintained.
Our room was an ADA accessible on the first floor which I requested. It was quiet and very comfortable. Ample plillows and comfy bed.
Breakfast was outstanding. Hot and well stocked and served. The eating area was kept immaculate by staff with thorough table cleaning between guests.
The staff was very accommodating!
I like how it was convent to walk to things around downtown. It was also very easy to drive to different locations around Denver. It was a perfect central location.
The breakfast was varied everyday and it was hot and delicious. Many hotel only give prepackaged food for breakfast and it isn’t great. This was a wonderful deal to be included with the price of the room. I have been to Denver many times but I hadn’t stayed downtown. So I was able to see things I never saw before.
It is attractive and the room was nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me store my bags there for half a day after I checked out. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the light-rail station. So you can take the train from the airport to the station nearest the hotel, and the shuttle will take you to the hotel. Close enough to downtown Denver that Lyft rides are not too expensive, or you can take the light rail. I would stay here again.
We've felt very much at home at Willem and Diane's place. The apartment literally had everything you'd need, enough space to feel comfortable. It was clean and lovely decorated. Cable and streamed TV, fast wifi. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet a busstop to downtown Denver and different small stores and restaurants are but a 10 minutes walk away. Willem was very kind and helpful to us and couldn't have been a better host. Thank you!
The decor was great in the whole building and in our room. It was lovely to stay somewhere different to generic hotel rooms. The room was clean and modern, and we loved that there were plenty of toiletries and water available. The location was very convenient to get to downtown Denver and beyond. There is parking right outside and next to the building. The street parking is free on Sundays and public holidays which was a plus.
The location of this hotel in downtown Denver was good, within walking distance of many restaurants. The front desk staff were excellent--fun and very helpful. The room/suite was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was EXCELLENT! Although pricey ($54) we appreciated the secure valet parking, as we had a lot of "stuff" in our car that we didn't want to have to bring into the hotel.
This beautiful historical hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Denver within walking distance of shops on the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Art Museum. There is a wider range of food and beverage outlets. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with my needs and concerns. I loved exploring the different floors of the hotel, including the historical Dr Sun Yat Sen suite.
Excellent American breakfast with a spacious dining area. The menu had options for everyone. The location was pretty central and was walking distance from downtown 16th Street Mall. The US Mint, civic centre Denver art museum and the Capitol are all with 10 min walking distance away. The rooms are comfortable and have a mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave, basic cookware and a sink.
When I got to my room it was 78 degrees. I like to sleep at 70 degrees. After setting the thermostat at 65 to try and cool down my room. It was still 75 degrees when I left. Unacceptable. I have stayed at many hotels in Denver and Colorado Springs. I will never stay with this hotel again. And will make sure everyone I meet in and around Colorado. Knows not to stay there too.
The best Hotel in Denver!!!
Very nice stuff and delicious breakfast!
Room very clean and comfortable, is with small kitchen, bad is modern. Outside is romantic fire to chill , we rent a car and get good garage. Next to Hotel is Beautiful Denver Art Museum. Recommend for my friends and family. Thank you so much for staying and enjoying at Hotel Element Denver Downtown East.
Really great location for those who want to travel to downtown Denver using the rail. The train is cheap and the station is at a walking distance from the hotel. (Tip: don't count on the train if you have an appointment or flight, for example; the train is not always on time).
Bedroom seemed larger than in the photos, and the bed was really comfortable.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Staff were always friendly to me. One time, I was at the lobby at 5am watching the news and the cleaning crew even had a conversation with me. The location is perfect, located in the heart of everything in downtown Denver. The gym facility is one of the largest hotel gyms I've seen. We enjoyed our stay!
Stayed for one night before flying out of Denver. This hotel is conveniently located if you need to get to the airport. Staff was friendly, room was clean, but the whole place could use some refresh. Breakfast was good, WiFi fast, plenty of parking. In contrast to somewhat cheaper places, the premises felt safe.
Beautiful and new hotel, right inside (or next to) the Denver airport terminal. Walking distance from and to the terminal, only a few steps from the check in desks and security areas. Very spacious room with a beautiful view of the snowed rockies, very clean and modern, all the amenities needed and working well.
Property is located in downtown area. 16th street mall is just a few blocks from the property. Hotel is in good condition. Washrooms were clean and functioning, and other facilities were also available.
Solid, centrally located upper mid-range hotel in Downtown Denver, 10 minute walk from Union Station with train access to airport. Comfortable beds, very clean, and very reliable wifi.
