VERY IMPORTANT #1 - Identity (ID) Verification: We require ID verification and you must send 2 pictures: 1) a picture of your government issued Photo ID, showing all edges, in focus, no glare, etc. and 2) a selfie of you holding your license next to your face. Both pictures must be sent within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival: whichever comes first! You may send it via email, WhatsApp, or through the platform itself. Failure to provide valid ID meeting all requirements will RESULT in VOIDING your booking. VERY IMPORTANT #2: We send house rules immediately after confirming a reservation. You are 500 feet (only a 2 min walk) from a stunning beach and the world famous boardwalk & you are only a 4 min walk (1000 feet) from Pavilion Park where they often host large events! Forget something? You are a 1 minute walk (300 feet) from the nearest convenience store - Cash Grocery & Gift Shop! You are also only a 2 minute walk (500 feet) from Save-Mart - a gas station with mini-mart! Furthermore, you are 0.4 miles to Hong Kong Super Market! You can’t beat that for convenience!
