A pet fee of USD150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is USD250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of USD500. Beaches within a short drive! - A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer & detergent provided - Good WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, Smart TVs (connect to your own accounts) - The total weight of dog(s) has to be under 50lbs, and the total fee for up to 2 dogs is 75 USD. - Please note that the yard is not fully fenced. - Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a 100 USD fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
