Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends and family.

Spacious loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville! When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2 minute walk to market square! 65 inch smart tv in the living room and 43 in smart tv in the master bedroom with DirecTV Now provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. Fully Equipped Kitchen Coffee pot with complementary coffee/tea Free Parking Pass The free parking lot is about 3 blocks away There are a total of 4 beds available including 1 King, 1 queen, and 2 new self inflating 22 inch deep queen size air mattress!

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football.
