Our Airbnb is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood on the highly coveted Peachtree Corners side of Norcross, GA, which is a beautifully lively city in Gwinnett County, right outside the perimeter (OTP - Atlanta lingo!). Our main house rules are no smoking, no pets, and no parties. Please respect the neighborhood and our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, no loitering and no smoking in the front of the building. We value our good relationships with our neighbors and want to keep them intact. Also, no unregistered guests inside the Airbnb without host permission. You’re less than 10 minutes away from shopping galore at the outdoor luxury mall - The Forum on Peachtree Parkway! Perimeter Mall is 15 minutes away. Trader Joe’s, Target, Publix, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Aldi, Dollar Tree, Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness, FedEx Office, and UPS Store. For the kids, local parks like Holcomb Bridge Park, Thrasher Park and Best Friend Park are just 3-9 minutes away. Just a 9 minute drive to Downtown Historic Norcross!
