This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min. walk from downtown so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out everything the city has to offer. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing and our location is so convenient. -------------------------- Please note that the private entrance to the unit has a very steep stairwell and is not recommended for people with mobility issues. Also, the apartment is best suited for people under 6' tall.
----------------------------- Josh and Christie live here in Rapid City. We recently purchased a new home to make room for a family :). We loved our first house and are happy we can share part of it with you. We do LOVE food and living downtown, and would love to help you find great places to eat and visit on your stay.
We are minutes from downtown Rapid City and located right next to Mt Rushmore Rd (Hwy 16) so getting to any destination in the Black Hills is a breeze! You can easily walk most places from our little apartment, but Lyft and Uber are easily available as well.
