One of best locations and areas to stay in when visiting Philadelphia short or long term. 2 Bedroom Spacious Apartment Comfortably Sleeps 4+ in Lovely and Vibrant Bella Vista Area in South Philadelphia Mins from Center City, Parks, Restaurants, Lounges and Great Places to Dine and Experience. All the Amenities Included, 2 nice bedrooms, Great Wifi, Private Bedrooms, Washer-Dryer on lower level, a Nice Work from Home Space and Getaway.

Neighbourhood information

The area has everything you need to feel like you are in an amazing neighborhood. We are located near the Italian market where Rocky once ran down the street in the famous movie "Rocky". We also have dozens of restaurants, bars and lounges to choose from all within walking distance. You can also shop for fresh vegetables and fruits one block away at the Italian Market. The subway is also nearby on Broad Street and takes you to Center City in 6 minutes or southbound to the stadiums and airport transfers. Parking is based upon availability, you can park free overnight and during the day there are time restrictions on most blocks. You can find a spot and park. You can also find free all day parking on Catherine St between 10th-11th St based upon availability.
