Location! Location! Location! This duplex is in a central location with all the hustle & bustle the city offers. Located near hospitals, universities, restaurants, shopping & downtown Anderson. Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy home with all the essentials. Loaded kitchen, smart tv's, washer, dryer & much more. Walking distance to grocery store, P.O & Starbucks. This property is only 4 min from Anderson Unv., 25 min from Clemson, 30 min to Greenville. Your home away from home!

This neighborhood is more commercial. There is an Ingles grocery store right across the street and the post office is next to the store. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive. The hospital is about 5 minutes as well. It is a great location, but it is on a busy street as well.
